Every project begins with a brief and a kickoff call where we reach alignment on content needs, preferred verbiage, character count limitations, review and revision logistics, and so on. From there, two to three copy options are developed including safe and more experimental versions. Then rounds of copy updates and finalizations. I always work closely with design teams to make any necessary adjustments in layout.
